AfrikanFace: Autochthonous Blood and Bone

AfrikanFace: Autochthonous Blood & Bone is the first of a series of performance showcases incorporating the many artistic expressions of my multidisciplinary art. The showcase explores themes of Afrikan cultural diaspora and spirituality through choreopeom and mixed media sculpture. This production debuted in September 2017 which is the second presentation of the same show that year. SADLY THE ENDING GOT CUT, BUT ITS A GREAT INTERPRETATION NONETHELESS. SHOUT OUT! Mai Hoff for the beautiful visuals she put together for your viewing pleasure, to all the women that shared their space, talent and time with me on both productions, PAVAA GALLERY a home for Afrocentric performance and visual art for curating, and to an awesome community for requesting the second showing that made this video possible, all of your patience and support are deeply appreciated!
